Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders to addresses in the United States. There's no minimum.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 50 US states. We're not able to ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Our products ship from a warehouse in the United States. Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after they ship. During busy periods like the holidays or bad weather, carriers can take a little longer.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you order more than one item (for example, a jacket and a power bank), they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away — we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
