Online store terms

Products and pricing

We do our best to show product details, colors and images as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee your screen displays every color exactly. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock or there's a pricing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Orders, shipping and returns

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We don't store your full card details.

Heated gear and power bank use

Please read and follow the instructions and safety warnings that come with each product, including using a compatible power source, not wearing heated gear while sleeping, and not using it on skin that has reduced sensation. Battery runtimes listed on our site are estimates and vary with heat setting, temperature, and the power bank used. We're not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, improper use, or use against the included instructions.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and images — belongs to Ember & Pine or its content suppliers and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ember & Pine won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
